National Hispanic Heritage Month begins on September 15th and is celebrated until October 15th and Disney is joining in on the fiesta! You will find various Hispanic and Latin dishes throughout Walt Disney World and the Disneyland Resort. Simply reading through the options makes my mouth watery, so let me share that delight with you with some of my favorites from the listing! - BoardWalk Deli (Available Sept. 15 through Oct. 15)

• Guava and Cheese Quesito: Puff pastry filled with guava paste, cream cheese, and glazed with a honey syrup

- Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort at Centertown Market (Currently available)

• Arroz Mamposteao: Crispy pork carnitas with Spanish-style rice and beans

- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa at The Artist’s Palette (Available Sept. 15 through Oct. 15)

• Lechón Asado: Roasted Cuban pork with white rice and black beans topped with pickled onions and cilantro

• Bruno’s Vision Cake: Tres leches vanilla cake, dulce de leche, whipped cream, and sugar “vision shards” Also available at Disney’s Old Key West Resort at Good’s Food to Go

- Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa at On the Rocks Pool Bar and The Paddock Grill (Available Sept. 15 through Oct. 15)

• Non-alcoholic Frozen Chocolate Coquito (Non-alcoholic): Classic non-alcoholic coquito with a chocolate addition

• Frozen Chocolate Coquito: Classic SelvaRey Chocolate Rum Coquito with a chocolate addition

- At each Value Resort:

• Pollo Guisado: Braised chicken, carrots, olives, jasmine rice, sweet plantains, and fried garlic cilantro

- EPCOT at Sunshine Seasons

• Birria Tacos with beef, Monterey Jack, onions, cilantro, and lime served with consommé

• There are so many delicious options around the World Showcase at EPCOT for their Food & Wine Festival that is currently going on until November 18, 2023
