2. Embark on a Horse-Drawn Carriage Ride

Immerse yourselves in romance as you snuggle up close and embark on a leisurely horse-drawn carriage ride through the picturesque grounds of Disney's Port Orleans Riverside or Fort Wilderness Resort.

Relax and unwind as you traverse the scenic trails around The Cabins and Campsites or along the banks of the Sassagoula River. Each 25-minute ride costs $65, offering the perfect opportunity for a romantic escape and quality time together amidst the enchanting atmosphere of Walt Disney World.

3. Enjoy a Meal at a Fine Dining Restaurant

Indulge in a memorable dining experience with your loved one at one of Disney's most romantic restaurants! From the enchanting ambiance to the delectable cuisine and impeccable service, these establishments offer the perfect setting for a romantic meal.

For the restaurants outside of the theme parks, you do not require valid park admission to dine. Whether celebrating a special occasion or simply aiming to spend quality time together, these restaurants are sure to enhance your Disney vacation.

Depart from various marinas, including Grand Floridian, Contemporary, Polynesian, Fort Wilderness, or Wilderness Lodge for the Magic Kingdom fireworks or Disney’s Beach and Yacht Club Resorts for EPCOT's Fireworks show, each offering stunning vantage points for the fireworks shows.

With synchronized audio onboard, you will be fully immersed in the magic of the moment. Each cruise includes a captain, assorted snacks, and soft drinks, with festive banners and balloons available upon request.

Immerse yourselves in the enchanting melodies of live music at various locations throughout the Walt Disney Resort.

From the nostalgic tunes of Casey's Corner Pianist and the harmonious melodies of the Dapper Dans at Magic Kingdom to the rhythmic beats of Atlas Fusion in the Morocco Pavilion and Mariachi Cobre in the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT, there is something for every musical taste.

Moreover, be captivated by the soulful sounds of Kora Tinga Tinga in the streets of Africa at Animal Kingdom or groove to the vibrant rhythms of Viva Gaia Street Band. For those 21 and older, Jellyrolls on Disney’s BoardWalk offers an entertaining dueling piano show, albeit with a cover charge.

Jazz band playing

At Disney’s Port Orleans Resort, enjoy live jazz at Scat Cat’s Club in the French Quarter or the lively performances of Yehaa Bob Jackson in River Roost Lounge at Riverside.

Additionally, Disney Springs boasts a vibrant music scene with street performances from Drey-C and La Calle, along with captivating acts at venues like House of Blues and Cirque de Soleil. Experience the magic of live music, adding an extra layer of excitement to your Disney vacation.

6. Explore the Water Parks

Escape the Florida heat and make a splash together at Disney's water parks, Blizzard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon. Whether you are seeking thrilling water slides or leisurely floats along lazy rivers, these parks offer the perfect opportunity for quality time and adventure.

Explore Blizzard Beach's mythical tale of a melting ski resort or immerse yourselves in the tropical paradise of Typhoon Lagoon, transformed by a legendary storm into an oasis of excitement.

Since the global pandemic, only one water park has been open at a time, so be sure to check the Disney website or app to see which one is currently open. Moreover, with a 1-Day Water Park Ticket priced at $74 per adult, or $49 for Disney Passholders without the water park and sports option, you can enjoy a day of aquatic fun and relaxation!

7. Play a Round of Mini-Golf

Challenge your significant other to a friendly game of mini golf at one of the four mini golf courses on Disney property.

Choose between the whimsical Winter Summerland Miniature Golf, where you can join Santa and his elves for two distinctly different 18-hole adventures on the sand-themed "Summer" course or the snow-themed "Winter" course.

Alternatively, explore Fantasia Gardens and Fairways Miniature Golf, featuring two 18-hole adventures inspired by Disney's classic animated film Fantasia. Test your skills on the easier course, which mirrors scenes from Fantasia, or opt for the more challenging course resembling a traditional golf course on a miniature scale.

Whichever course you choose, you are in for a magical and entertaining experience, perfect for a romantic outing or fun-filled date night.

8. Enjoy the Rides at the Disney Parks

Explore the thrilling rides at the Disney parks, catering to every preference. Whether you are a fan of dark rides like Haunted Mansion and Guardians of the Galaxy or prefer the adventurous Kilimanjaro Safari, there is something for everyone. Each Disney park is brimming with exciting, fun, adorable, and nostalgic rides guaranteed to evoke the childlike wonder in your heart!

Do not miss out on fan favorites like Star Wars Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios, where you can immerse yourself in the epic world of Star Wars and drive the Millennium Falcon. With an array of attractions to choose from, your Disney vacation promises endless excitement and unforgettable memories.

Indulge your senses in the diverse offerings of each country without the need for a government passport.

Additionally, EPCOT hosts four annual festivals, including the Festival of the Arts, Flower and Garden Festival, Food and Wine Festival, and the Festival of the Holidays, featuring live performances and delectable food.

My favorite is the Flower and Garden Festival, currently running from February 28, 2024, to May 27, 2024, offering a splendid array of floral displays and culinary delights.
