Rock On All the Way to the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino

Typically, when people think of the Hard Rock, they think of gambling in the casino. However, there is way more to Hard Rock than just playing slots or on the tables. For instance, they have plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and pools.

Let’s take a closer look at what you can find at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa and Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood, a.k.a. the Guitar Hotel!

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tampa

Dining

You will not go hungry while visiting the Hard Rock as there are so many dining options from fine dining to quick bites.

For fine dining, check out Council Oak for Steaks and Seafood, The Rez Grill for American Fare, and Cipresso for Italian.

There are plenty of casual dining options like Hard Rock Cafe, Rock ‘N Raw, Rise Kitchen & Deli, Pool Bar & Grill, Jubao Palace Noodle Bar, and Sugar Factory.

Lastly, if you are looking for something small, check out Constant Grind for coffee, pastries, gelato, and sandwiches, Poker Snack Bar for wings, burgers, and more, or the Food Court which houses pizza, burgers, salads, Asian cuisine, and a few other delectable quick bites.

Bars & Lounges

Each of the fine dining restaurants and some of the casual dining locations have a bar or lounge. There are also a few lone bars like Center Bar, L Bar, and Aubi & Ramsa.

Aubi & Ramsa is an ice cream shop for those 21 and older featuring top-quality ingredients and high-end liquor. 

Spa

Rock Spa® & Salon is Hard Rock’s rejuvenating spa escape. If you are looking for luxurious pampering, this Spa will help you find that.

They have 13 treatment rooms, plus a hair and nail salon, barbershop, and co-ed aqua lounge.

Entertainment

Every day at Hard Rock Tampa, you will find a live performance. If there isn’t a tour passing through the Hard Rock Event Center like George Lopez, Kevin Hart, or Gabriel Iglesias, there is a live performer at the Bars.

For instance, Saturday, March 25, you will find DJ Ekin at L Bar from 3 pm to 7 pm. There are also a few shops you can check out while visiting like The Cellar and Maceoo.

Pool

Hard Rock Tampa has 3 resort-style pools (1 pool is private for platinum cardholders). There are plenty of sun loungers and day beds on the pool deck, along with in-water chaise loungers in the shallow part of the pool.

You can also find the Pool Bar & Grill near the pool – it is a perfect place to grab a bite to eat or something to drink when spending the day out in the water and sun!

The best part about Hard Rock Tampa’s pool is that you can purchase a pool pass to use the pool if you are not staying in the hotel!

There is also a DJ booth in the pool area as sometimes they host pool parties on the weekends or in the summer, where you can purchase tickets to attend Tempo Daylife Tampa Bay. Visit the Hard Rock Tampa website for more details and to purchase your tickets.

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood a.k.a. the Guitar Hotel

Dining

Similar to Hard Rock Tampa, you will find fine dining, contemporary eats, and quick bites. Some of the restaurants in Tampa are also at the Hollywood location; however, I will point out the ones not found in Tampa.

For fine dining, you can visit Abiaka Wood Fire Grill, Kuro (new-style Japanese concept), Marky’s Caviar Lounge, Bae Korean Grill, and Hard Rock Signature Brunch at Kuro.

The unique contemporary eats include The BŌL Asian Cuisine, PLA Sports Bar, and Beach Club Bar & Grill. In the realm of quick bites, the options are the same.

Bars & Lounges

The Bars & Lounges almost double at Hard Rock Hollywood compared to Hard Rock Tampa. Newly open at Hard Rock Hollywood is the Hard Rock Sports Bar displaying massive LED TVs panning across the establishment.

Moreover, Rooftop Live has live music every Friday and Saturday with a taco truck, tiki-themed cocktails, and oversized lawn games. You can also find a Davidoff Cigar Lounge at this location.

Spa

The Rock Spa® & Salon at Hard Rock Hollywood is a massive 42,000-square-foot serene oasis. They offer massages, facials, manicures, pedicures, haircuts, body treatments, and more. It is the true definition of a full-service spa!

Entertainment

Aside from being larger, Hard Rock Hollywood has more entertainment options than Hard Rock Tampa.

There are plenty of shopping options at Hard Rock Hollywood in the Guitar Hotel, like Psycho Bunny, Weston Jewelers, Splash, Hublot, Wentworth Gallery, and others.

PLA Sports Bar has plenty of TVs to catch the latest sports event, but also interactive screens that allow you to play golf, soccer, dodgeball, baseball, hockey, and more.

You can also find Entice Ultra Lounge, a high-energy dance club in the Guitar Hotel! One of my favorite parts of the Guitar Hotel is the DAER Nightclub and Dayclub.

They both host Vegas-style night and day clubs with well-known DJs and performers. For instance, you can find DJ Pauly D at DAER Dayclub on May 29 – Yeah, Buddy!

Pool

In total, Hard Rock Hollywood has 4 different pool areas. There is a pool in the Hard Rock Hotel section, the Oasis Tower part, in front of the Guitar Hotel itself, and one at DAER Dayclub.

To use the first three pools, you will need to stay at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. However, you can purchase tickets to a DAER Dayclub event to use the pool, loungers, and daybeds there.
